Lettings & Property Management:
The Castor Bay Property management team have over 60 years combine experience. Our management team are expanding our Richmond borough business to other parts of London and beyond. We also manage property for Landlords who reside in Africa, Europe, Asia, New Zealand and Australia.

We offer three main lettings services; property management, rent collection and let only.

Our property management service is our most popular service  with clients, as we are able to offer a very hands on approach. We have a limited amount of new clients we can take on per year, in order our to maintain our bespoke level of service. The Castor Bay property team are involved throughout the whole process from sourcing a suitable tenant to dealing with day to day repairs.

All the contractors we use, have been working with us for many years. If we recommend them for work, it’s because we can accredit their workmanship, trustworthiness and competitive prices. Most of our contractors, are independent local businesses who are experts in their trade giving us and our landlords confidence in their work recommendations.
