Joanne Batty

Joanne Batty is an experienced merchandising professional currently serving as the Merchandising Director at Castore since September 2023. Prior to this role, Joanne accumulated over two decades of experience at Matalan, where leadership positions included Head of Merchandising for Ladieswear, Homeware, and Ladies Essentials, as well as Merchandise Manager and Senior Merchandiser across a variety of departments. Joanne began the career as a Merchandiser working on various categories such as Ladies Jersey Tops and Denim. An alumnus of Edge Hill University, Joanne earned a degree in Communication Studies with a 2:1 classification.
