Michael Holland

Michael Holland is currently the Director of Teamwear Operations & Supply Chain at Castore, a role they began in 2023. Prior to this, they served as Head of Teamwear Operations at Pentland Brands from 2018 to 2023, where they also held similar leadership positions with brands like Canterbury and Mitre. Their career includes valuable experience in quality assurance and returns management at Berghaus Ltd, where they implemented successful global strategies that improved product performance and significantly reduced return rates. Michael holds an MA in Total Quality Management from the University of Northumbria and a BA Hons in Business Studies from the University of Sunderland.
