Anders Pilegaard

Anders Pilegaard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Anders started their career as a sales assistant at Q8 Kuwait Petroleum before moving on to Icopal as an IT coordinator. Pilegaard then worked at Castrol as an IT manager, where they were responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure. Anders later became the managing director of Nordic Lubricants A/S (aka Castrol Denmark), where they oversaw all aspects of the company's operations. Pilegaard also had a role at bp, where they held various positions, including downstream IT&S portfolio analyst, global refining and international business portfolio manager IT&S, and downstream IT&S segment portfolio manager. Anders'smost recent role at bp was as the managing director for BP Denmark A/S. Pilegaard also served as the chairman of the board for BP Aviation A/S. Throughout their career, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and took on significant trust and legal responsibilities.

Anders Pilegaard attended Handelskolen i Ballerup from 1990 to 1993. Anders obtained a certification from Microsoft in 2023 titled "Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals." In 2018, they also obtained certifications in "Finding Your Introvert/Extrovert Balance in the Workplace," "Gretchen Rubin on Creating Great Workplace Habits," and "Leading without Formal Authority," all from LinkedIn.
