Ciara Ritchie is an expert technologist at BP, currently leading product development for two-wheeler brands at Castrol. Prior to this role, Ciara served as the senior development technologist and program manager at Castrol and made significant contributions as a senior process chemist at Afton Chemical. With experience as an analytical development scientist at both Patheon Inc. and Warner Chilcott, Ciara has a strong background in product development and analytical method validation. Ciara earned a PhD in Organometallic Chemistry from Queen's University Belfast, where they also completed a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
