John Hickey is a seasoned marketing professional with a robust background in global marketing and channel development. Currently serving as the Global Marketing and Channel Development Manager at Castrol since June 2016, John leads the "Road to Inclusive Workshops" initiative, aimed at promoting inclusivity in the auto repair consumer environment. Prior to Castrol, John held various roles at Sanofi Pasteur from January 2008 to May 2016, including Deputy Director for VaccineShoppe.com, where John played a pivotal role in developing and launching strategic marketing programs for a $1B B2B ecommerce platform. John holds an MBA from Babson College and a BS in Biology from Framingham State University.
