Mohammed Sharafuddin is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background spanning over a decade in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources & Shared Services Director at Castrol since January 2015, Mohammed has progressed through multiple HR positions within the organization, including Human Resources Manager and Employee Relations Manager. Previously, Mohammed held the position of Human Resources Supervisor at ALJOMAIH BOTTLING PLANTS and PM&C Co. Ltd., as well as serving in various capacities at Rawabi Holding Group from 2008 to 2013.
