Further experience includes serving as General Manager at Thys Construct BVBA, where responsibilities encompassed general management, project administration, performance management, sales, and business development. Sander also worked as a Sales Engineer at i-Theses and held roles in project management and design at S&S Constructions and Consultancy, as well as Customer Solutions. Sander's educational background includes degrees in Sales Management, HVAC contracting, Mechanical Design, and Industrial CAD design, along with an Associate of Arts in Interior Architecture and Artistic Design.
