Prior to Castrol, Srikanth V was the Marketing Director for South East Asia & Pacific at AkzoNobel and held significant positions at Castrol India Limited and Marico Limited over a span of more than a decade. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Marketing & Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
