Val R. is a Project Manager and Learning & Development professional with over 15 years of experience delivering impactful learning solutions and capability-building programs in global organizations. Val has coordinated training initiatives for multinational clients and led transformation projects within BP, focusing on L&D strategies that align with business objectives. Currently, as Project Lead for Transformation Europe at Castrol, Val is responsible for implementing PMO processes and managing change activities across the organization. Val holds a Master's degree in International Human Resource Management and various certifications in teaching and project management.
