Tom Blockley

Tom Blockley has a diverse work experience in various technology roles. Tom is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Cat in a Flat since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Director at Heleli Ltd starting from July 2019. From April 2017 to July 2019, Tom worked as an Application Developer at Desynit Limited. Before that, they were a Developer at Team Rubber from June 2009 to April 2017, specializing in Python Web Frameworks and Plone. Tom also worked as a Web Developer at Delib from June 2009 to April 2017. Tom started their career as a Web Developer at Insured Risks Ltd from June 2005 to May 2009, where they worked with various technologies including Java, JSP, PHP, MySQL, and more.

Tom Blockley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Bristol, which they attended from 2002 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in December 2012.
