Chuck Mina

Chuck Mina has extensive work experience in the field of automation engineering and process controls. Chuck currently holds the position of Principal Automation Engineer at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where they are responsible for implementing a global automation program and overseeing the company's digital transformation initiatives. Prior to this role, Chuck worked at Sanofi, where they held various leadership positions including Digital Catalyst and Global Automation Engineering Lead. Chuck also served as the North America Automation Engineering Lead and Deputy Director of Automation Projects at Sanofi. Before joining Sanofi, Chuck worked at Eli Lilly as a Sr. Process Controls Engineer, where they led control systems implementation for an insulin formulation project. Chuck began their career at Quintiles and Xyntek, Inc. as a Validation Consultant and Automation Engineer, respectively.

Chuck Mina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
