Frederic Cedrone

Frederic Cedrone has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Frederic is currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Innovation at Catalent Pharma Solutions since March 2022. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2022, they held the position of VP of Alliances and Business Development at LYSOGENE, where they were responsible for building a global network of potential partners, identifying licensing opportunities, and executing deals.

From 2007 to 2020, Frederic worked at Cellectis, where they held various roles including Director of Alliances and Business Development, Director of Nucleases Production Platform, Head of Programs in the Nucleases Production Platform, and Head of High Throughput Screening in Mammalian Cells Unit. In these positions, they were involved in scouting for product and technology opportunities, collaborating with academic institutions and biotechs, detecting licensing opportunities, and leading negotiations and contract implementation.

Frederic also has prior experience as a Business Manager at Altran in 2007 and as a Project Manager at Biomethodes from 2004 to 2007. Frederic began their career as a Research Engineer and later became a Project Leader at CEA - Commissariat à l'Energie Atomique from 1998 to 2004.

Frederic Cedrone holds a PhD in Biotechnology from Université Aix Marseille II and an Engineer degree in Biotechnology from CUST Polytech'Clermont-Ferrand.
