Ian Collins is an R&D Fellow in Biologics Development at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where they support early biologics development and Cell Line Development for clients. They previously held the position of Senior Director of Process Development at Catalent from 1998 to 2019, overseeing process development across various stages of biologics production. Ian served as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at University College London from 1993 to 1998 and was a Research Scientist at the Center for Applied Microbiology and Research from 1987 to 1993. Ian earned a BSc in Industrial Biology from London South Bank University in 1987.
