Jo Noakes

Jo Noakes is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical sector, currently serving as the Global Director of Customer Service Excellence at Catalent Pharma Solutions since February 2016, overseeing the Global Customer Service Excellence Team. Prior roles include Director of Project Management at Aptuit from October 2005 to January 2012 and Senior Pharmacy Technician/Manager at Medeval's Phase I unit from June 1997 to December 2001, where responsibilities included the dispensing of medicinal products for Phase I trials.
