Lee Rudge

Lee Rudge is a practical strategist and Quality/Operations Director with extensive management experience across the environmental, pharmaceutical, FMCG, and chemical sectors. Lee earned a PhD in Organometallic Chemistry and a BSc First Class in Chemistry from the University of Bristol, as well as an MBA from The Open University. Lee's career includes positions such as Quality Assurance Manager at Pfizer, where they contributed to successful manufacturing processes and project management, and Director of Quality at Catalent, overseeing quality systems and product releases. Throughout their roles, Lee has demonstrated a strong ability to implement solutions and enhance operational efficiencies.
