Leonard Sinave

Leonard Sinave is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as General Manager and Operations Director at Catalent Pharma Solutions since March 2022, Leonard oversees the production operations at the Cell Therapy site in Gosselies. Previously, at Baxter International Inc. from July 2010 to November 2021, Leonard held various leadership roles, including Sterile Drugs Production Manager and EHS, Engineering & Maintenance Manager, where significant responsibilities included managing production departments, developing strategic plans, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Leonard's career also features achievements in improving operational efficiency and safety, successfully passing multiple quality audits, and leading substantial projects. Leonard holds a Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from HERB-ISICht in Belgium.
