Mike Smiley

Mike Smiley is an experienced quality assurance professional with a career spanning from 2011 to the present. They began their journey at Crown Equipment Corporation, where they worked as a Material Handler and progressed to roles including Process Technician and Quality Inspector Level 3, specializing in CMM and Faro programming. Currently, at Catalent Pharma Solutions, they hold the position of Quality Assurance Manager, having previously served as a Quality Assurance Supervisor and Quality Assurance Representative. Mike earned a Bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Ball State University in 2009.
