Susan C. has extensive experience in training and development within various organizations, currently serving as the Global Training Systems Manager at Catalent Pharma Solutions since October 2019. In this role, Susan leads a team of LMS administrators, evaluates tools for enhancing the learning management system, and ensures effective knowledge sharing across the organization. Previous positions include Global Training System Leader and Training System Administrator, with a focus on optimization and automation of training processes.
