Michael Huffmaster

Michael offers more than 15 years of domestic and global finance and accounting expertise to his role as Catalina’s Chief Financial Officer. Responsible for leading worldwide financial functions, strategy and corporate development, he is an empowering team leader committed to driving global and cross-functional alignment to incubate new revenue opportunities.

Since joining Catalina in 2009, Michael has held several accounting and financial leadership roles, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer. Previously, he held accounting and finance positions for a series of family owned, private equity and Fortune 100 companies, including FedEx Freight.

While Michael has spent most of his professional career in the Tampa Bay area, Michael was born in Arkansas and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Central Arkansas. A licensed Florida CPA, Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of South Florida and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA with the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
