Catalis Advisory is how Accounting Leaders go from spreadsheet-driven close processes to an automated close your team can own.
It’s all about building internal capability — combining your team’s accounting foundation with hands-on transformation expertise.

Companies that focus on capability building and training see 2–3x higher ROI from transformation efforts.
So if you’re automating processes without building internal capability, you’re always relying on external support and leaving ROI on the table.

What does it take to move away from a chaotic manual close? Three things…

Enable– Build internal capability through hands-on training and real-world application, so your team can confidently design, own, and evolve the process.

Execute– Deliver solutions that are practical, efficient, and aligned to how your team actually works.

Embed– Reinforce adoption with sustainable processes, documentation, and governance so improvements stick and continue to scale long after go-live.

Only Catalis Advisory uses this Enable, Execute, Embed approach — so your team is equipped to lead and sustain future transformation initiatives independently.
That’s why Accounting Leaders who work with Catalis Advisory build teams that can design, own and evolve their accounting processes in BlackLine without ongoing external support.
Are you ready to run a close built for the future of your business?
