Daniel Ducharme

Daniel Ducharme, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Daniel started their career at Saint Antoine Residence as a Food Service Worker, responsible for handling all food service positions. Daniel then worked as a Data Entry Clerk at RI Temps before joining the University of Rhode Island as an Adjunct Professor and later as a Graduate Assistant.

In 2007, Daniel joined Northeast Revaluation Group LLC as the Director of IT Services, where they built and maintained computer systems, managed SQL Server instances, and migrated client CAMA data. Daniel also designed and implemented web-based timesheet software.

Daniel then worked as a Server Technician Contractor at BCI Computers before joining CATALIS as the Director of Software Engineering in 2014. In this role, they led various teams, refined and enhanced software products, and oversaw data migration projects.

In 2020, Daniel took on multiple roles simultaneously. Daniel became the Tax Assessor at the City of Central Falls and started their own consulting company, Ducharme Consulting Services.

Daniel Ducharme, Ph.D. earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Microbiology, General from the University of Rhode Island in 2008. Daniel then went on to complete their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from the same university in 2012. In 2017, they received their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Rhode Island as well. Additionally, they obtained various certifications throughout their career, including a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security from the University of Rhode Island in 2015 and a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Intelligence from Salve Regina University in 2013. Daniel also holds certifications such as AccessData Certified Examiner and A+ from CompTIA.
