Heather Rodgers

Heather Rodgers has a diverse work experience spanning multiple fields. Heather currently holds the position of Director of Business Development at Catalist, a role they have been in since December 2020. Prior to this, they served as a Business Development Manager at Catalist from August 2019 to December 2021. Before joining Catalist, Heather worked at Pico California Project as a Data Director from August 2014 to February 2017, where they developed a data program and managed the data needs of advocacy programs. Heather also collaborated on voter contact research experiments with academic researchers.

Earlier in their career, Heather gained experience at Working America, where they held various roles. From July 2010 to July 2014, they worked as a Senior Data Administrator/Assistant Data Administrator, analyzing member records and managing voter contact data in VAN. Heather also provided training to users of VAN and Google Apps. Prior to this, they served as a Payroll Administrator at Working America from February 2008 to July 2010, administering payroll and personnel records across multiple offices and implementing automated auditing processes.

Heather's earlier work experience includes a role as a Program Coordinator at the SC Department of Motor Vehicles from January 2007 to February 2008, where they were responsible for designing forms and publications, as well as drafting policies and business processes. Heather began their career as an Administrative Assistant at the American Red Cross in September 2006. Heather Rodgers pursued their education from 1999 to 2002 at Midlands Technical College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree. Heather'sfield of study during this period was Accounting and Business/Management. Subsequently, they attended Columbia College (SC) from 2004 to 2006 to earn a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Affairs.
