Ryan Kaw has over 15 years of work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Ryan is currently the Head of Global Sales - Kubernetes Backup-as-a-Service at CloudCasa by Catalogic, where they lead the sales efforts for a backup service for Kubernetes and CloudNative workloads. Prior to this, they held positions at Catalogic Software Inc., where they served as VP of Global Sales and Sr. Director of Global Sales Engineering & Services. Ryan also worked as a Manager of Technical Sales and Senior Solutions Architect at the company. Before joining Catalogic Software Inc., Ryan worked at Syncsort as a Professional Service Engineer, Associate Professional Service Engineer, and Associate Software Engineer. Ryan started their career at CommVault as a Support Engineer and had earlier roles as a System Engineer and Developer at Jumpin Gym USA Ltd.

Ryan Kaw has a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Networking and System Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Prior to that, they attended Tsinghua University. Ryan also holds several certifications, including CommVault Certified Engineer, CommVault Certified Support Analyst, CommVault Certified Systems Administrator, NetApp Certified Data Administrator, and Syncsort Certified Implementation Engineer.
