Marlene Auer has been working in the field of research and bioanalytics since 2011. Marlene began their career as a Research Assistant at Klinikum Rechts der Isar der Technischen Universität Műnchen in 2011. Marlene then moved to iOmx Therapeutics AG in 2017, where they held the roles of Research Associate I and Research Associate II. Since 2019, they have been employed at CatalYm GmbH as a Scientist Translational Research and Bioanalytics and Associate Scientist.
Marlene Auer completed a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biotechnology from the Technical University of Munich between 2008 and 2011. Marlene then went on to pursue a Master of Science in the same field from the Technical University of Munich between 2013 and 2016. During their Master's program, they also took MS courses in Biomedicine, Genetics, and Biological Anthropology at the Universitat de Barcelona between 2014 and 2015. In May 2019, they obtained an Advanced Flow Cytometry for Hematologists and Immunologists certification from the Swiss Flow Cytometry School.
