Peter Wijaya

Peter Wijaya is currently the Head of Operation at Catalyst, overseeing operational aspects for Jamtangan.com and Voila.id. As a founder of Hepi Employees, they focus on enhancing employee experience through strategic consultation services. Peter has previously garnered multiple awards, including three HR Excellence Awards from SWA Magazine, and has extensive experience in human resources, recruitment, and organizational development across various roles. They co-founded several ventures, including JobSmart Indonesia and BIG Agent, which aim to innovate recruitment and business solutions. Peter holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Universitas Kristen Krida Wacana and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Bina Nusantara.
