Jess Oliver

Jess Oliver is an accomplished professional in the field of building safety and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Building Safety - UK at Catalyst since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Director and Fire Team Executive at ORSA Projects Limited, and Senior Fire Engineer at OFR Consultants. Jess has held various engineering positions including Sub Agent at STRABAG and HOCHTIEF (UK) Construction Ltd, and Section Engineer at BBMV LTD, where responsibilities included managing architectural and fire safety packages. A graduate of the University of Exeter with a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering, Jess has also taken on leadership roles such as President of the Exeter Engineering Society and captain of the intramural netball team.
