Ally Armstrong is an experienced programme manager and trauma-informed yoga facilitator with a strong background in community engagement and social inclusion. Currently serving as Programme Manager for Youth and Ambition at Catalyst since December 2023, Ally has also led community-based projects at South Belfast Alternatives as a Restorative Practitioner from September 2020 to January 2023. Previous roles include supporting volunteer programs at The Corrymeela Community and coordinating a leadership institute at Mercy Street, where focus areas included social and emotional health and civic leadership. Ally's educational background includes a Postgraduate Certificate in Trauma Studies from University College Cork and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Dallas Baptist University.
