Gerry Kindlon has extensive experience in leadership and government relations, currently serving as a Non Executive Board Member at Catalyst since August 2021. Prior to this, Gerry held multiple significant roles at Seagate Technology from August 1993 to August 2025, including Director of Government Relations for Europe, Executive Director of Employee Engagement and Functional Excellence, and Executive Director. Gerry earned a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Engineering from University College Galway between 1980 and 1984.
