Cary Coonce

Cary Coonce serves as the Director of Real Estate at Catalyst Brands LLC, overseeing the JCPenney portfolio in the Central and Eastern U.S. Previously, Coonce held the position of Senior Real Estate Manager at Albertsons Companies and served as Divisional Vice President of Real Estate Strategy at Transformco, where responsibilities included leadership, portfolio management, and high-level transaction negotiations. Earlier experience includes roles at Sears Holdings Corporation, where Coonce advanced from Real Estate Strategist to Senior Director of Real Estate Strategy, and asset management roles with BFS Retail & Commercial Operations, LLC, and CC Realty Advisors. Coonce began a career in asset management with American General Life Insurance Company after earning a BBA in Business from LeTourneau University.
