Robert Ruscher

Robert Ruscher is an experienced construction and facilities management professional, currently serving as the Director of Construction at Catalyst Brands LLC since January 2025. Prior to this role, Robert spent nearly 13 years at SPARC Group LLC, overseeing a team responsible for new store openings and renovations across the U.S. and Canada. Robert's earlier experience includes a position as Senior Construction Project Manager for Aéropostale, where management of construction projects throughout North America was key. Additionally, Robert worked as an Operations Manager at Enterprise, handling construction project management and site selection, and served in the U.S. Navy as a Second Class Petty Officer, supervising operational steam propulsion plants. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Montclair State University.
