Ryan Rush is the Founder and CEO of Catalyst Creative Group, where they provide sourcing, manufacturing, design, trend, and financing expertise for leading retailers and brands since 2011. Previously, they owned and served as the Creative Director for Drawls & Dawls Clothing from 1991 to 2001 and held the position of VP Men's Merchandising and Design at O'Neill from 2006 to 2011. Ryan's early career includes experience as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom and a Creative Director for both men's and women's lines at Ezekiel. They began their entrepreneurial journey after briefly attending Cerritos College, where they decided to quit school to start their first business at the age of 20.
