Vanessa Ruminski is an accomplished retail and eCommerce professional with extensive experience in merchandising, operations, and strategic planning. With a career spanning from a Merchandise Planner and Assistant Buyer at Kohl's Department Stores to senior executive roles including Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager at The Bon-Ton Stores, Vanessa has effectively launched multiple brands generating substantial sales increases, managed large teams, and overseen significant revenue streams. Currently serving as a Fractional Integrator at CATALYST Integrators®, Vanessa leverages expertise in the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to drive operational efficiency and growth for various companies. Vanessa holds a degree in Apparel Merchandising and Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington.
