Greg Bell

Greg Bell is an experienced Operations Engineer and Linux Systems and Network Administrator at Catalyst, focusing on South Island operations since August 2015. Prior to Catalyst, Greg worked as an IT Contractor, delivering consulting services and notable projects such as systems monitoring for a major Internet service provider. Additional experience includes a brief role as a PC Deployment Engineer at Nelson Marlborough District Health Board, supporting large-scale hardware transitions, and work at various organizations including LightSpeed Technology Group, NZSki, and Microsoft, where responsibilities ranged from network design to software development. Greg holds a Master of Science in Applied Computing and a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Dundee.
