Shayne Priddle serves as the Business Development Manager at Catalyst since July 2025, focusing on integrating open source digital solutions for impactful change. Currently also the Commodore of the Royal Port Nicholson Yacht Club, Shayne previously held the position of General Manager - Operations at Synapsys NZ from October 2019 to July 2025, overseeing daily operations and leading various teams. Prior roles include Brand and Design Consultant at Greater Wellington Regional Council, General Manager and Client Service Director at Designworks Ltd, and Practice Lead at Ocean Brand & Culture, where strategic leadership was provided for major clients. With a foundation in design thinking from earlier positions at Designworks Ltd and Scenario Communications Ltd, Shayne has cultivated extensive experience in fostering client relationships and driving transformational change. Education was completed at Kuranui College from 1977 to 1980.
