Shiv Kumar

Shiv Kumar has an extensive work experience starting from 1991. Shiv began their career as an Assistant Manager - Finance, Planning, and Systems at Karnataka Oilseeds Federation, where they worked until 1994. In the same year, they founded Catalyst Management Services and also joined Catalyst group of Organizations as a Solvist. The precise details of their roles and responsibilities are not provided.

Shiv Kumar completed their education in a chronological order. Shiv pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) from 1989 to 1991. Before that, they obtained a Bcom degree in Commerce from St. Joseph's College, Trichy from 1985 to 1988. Shiv'shigh school education was completed at ER High School, Trichy, where they attained the 12 Grade degree in Commerce from 1975 to 1985. Shiv Kumar also obtained additional certifications in Design Thinking for Innovation and Social Norms, Social Change I and II from Coursera in the years 2017 and 2018.
