Robert Bates is currently serving as the President/CEO of Bates/Lee, Inc. He also holds the position of Division President at Catalyst Marketing Company since January 2015. In addition, Robert is a member of the Board of Directors at Age Well Senior Services, Inc. He has been involved with Bates/Lee Advertising since 1975 and currently holds the position of President. Robert Bates attended California State University, Long Beach for his education.
