Bruce Kay

Bruce Kay is the Technical Director at Catalyst Metals Ltd, with a resources career spanning over 35 years and extensive experience in international exploration, mining, geological, and corporate operations. They retired from Newmont Mining Corporation in 2003, having managed worldwide exploration for the world's largest gold producer. Prior to that, Bruce was the Group GM Worldwide Exploration at Normandy, contributing to significant discoveries that led to its growth as Australia’s largest gold producer. Bruce also held various directorships and chaired multiple publicly listed companies, and is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a Master’s Degree in Geological Science, alongside Economics and Science degrees from Queensland University. They reside in Adelaide, South Australia, and are a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
