Catalyst is located in the historical Omaha Steel Works factory in Omaha, Nebraska on the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) campus. Utilizing the existing structures as the basis of the design, this 170,000-square-foot historic structure has been transformed into modern, flexible office space that provides an adaptable working environment, with shared spaces that allow the structure of the past to be on display.
