Larry Williams

Larry C. Williams has been a veteran of the insurance industry since 1979. He started his career as a Service Supervisor and became a State Farm agent in June 1984. A graduate of Illinois State University, Larry holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Political Science. He is a highly respected alumnus as evidence by the recently built “Larry C. Williams Seminar room” and his induction into the

University’s Hall of Fame.

Larry has attained the designations of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Charter Financial Consultant (ChFC) and the Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL).

Larry is a founding board member of BEST (Business Ellington School Team), which is a partnership between a local Public School and State Farm Associates. He is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated and an active local Board Member with the

American Cancer Society.

Larry is and has always been a staunch supporter for quality education, social justice and community involvement as demonstrated by his continuous involvement with the following organizations: Fathers Who Care, the Prevention Partnership, Austin Coming Together and San Miguel/Catalyst Schools.
