Anouk van Tuinen serves as the Head of Customer Success at Slite since November 2022, focusing on building Customer Success and managing the Support department while promoting customer-centricity in the leadership team. Previously, Anouk took on an interim role overseeing all customer-facing activities as Head of Sales. At Pleo, Anouk launched the Customer Success role for the Benelux region and supported the first ~200 customers. Anouk's extensive experience at Miro includes several senior positions where strategic EMEA Customer Success teams were developed and managed. Anouk's career in Customer Success began at Publitas.com, where a combination of support and success roles was undertaken. Anouk holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Media & Entertainment Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
