Aviel Sivan

Aviel Sivan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales operations across various technology firms. Currently serving as Head of Global Customer Success at Windward, Aviel is responsible for building and scaling a global Customer Success organization. In addition, Aviel contributes as a Customer Success/Growth Coach at Catalyst Software, mentoring individuals in the field. Prior roles include Head of International Customer Success at Sisense, where Aviel improved customer retention and growth strategies, and Vice President of Partnerships & Sales Operations at Allot, overseeing global partnerships and business development. Aviel's career began at ECI Telecom, with progressive roles in project management and sales. Aviel holds an MBA in Marketing from Tel Aviv University and a BSc in Aeronautics from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
