Fran Stevenson, MA, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Customer Success at Nuvolo since April 2024. Previously, Fran was the VP of Customer Success at the U.S. Council for Athletes' Health, where the rollout of a holistic health and wellness app was led, alongside overseeing sales and customer experience. Fran's experience also includes a role as SVP of Customer Success at GoodUnited, where a comprehensive customer experience strategy was developed across various service areas. At Movista, Fran held the position of SVP, Global Customer Success, leading a team of 25 members and establishing operations for professional services and strategic sales. Prior to that, Fran spent nearly a decade at Accruent in multiple roles, focusing on customer success initiatives across various industries. Fran holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Kansas State University and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration and Student Affairs from Bowling Green State University.
