Kate Cato

Kate Cato currently serves as SVP Global Customer Success and Support at Applitools, having previously worked in various customer success roles. At Catalyst Software, Kate is a Customer Success Coach, leading an application-based coaching program for professionals in the field. As Global Vice President of Customer Success at Kyriba, Kate focused on enhancing customer experiences throughout the entire lifecycle. Prior to this, Kate was Director of Global Success Programs at Optimizely, where leadership extended to multiple teams within Customer Success. Kate's experience also includes a volunteer role at Crisis Text Line and various positions at S&P Capital IQ, TD Waterhouse, and Norfolk County Council, emphasizing a strong foundational background in sales, client management, and operational support. Kate holds a BCOMM degree from Queen's University and studied at the University of Mannheim.
