Krista (Caiazza) Hoffman is a seasoned professional in customer experience and success, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Integrate. Previously, Krista held advisory roles at Primary Venture Partners and advanced positions at Manychat as Vice President of Customer Experience and at Chartbeat as Vice President of Global Customer Success and Global Director of Customer Success.
