Kristin Reilly currently serves as the Client Success Lead for North America at Thrive, beginning in September 2024. Kristin's foundational experience in customer success started at Marigold with various positions, going back to roles at Sticky Inc, Razonia McClellan Public Relations, JCPenney, and CASA of the South Plains. Kristin holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Advertising and Public Relations from Texas Tech University.
