Marc Sason, MBA, PMP, currently serves as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Conversica, managing a portfolio of 20 Enterprise-level accounts with a total of $3M in ARR. As a Customer Success Growth Coach at Catalyst Software, Marc participates in coaching aspiring Customer Success leaders.
