Natalia's most recent roles include being the Head of Customer Success - North EMEA at Qualtrics, where they managed a team and achieved successful renewals and expansion targets. Prior to that, they served as the Global Head of Customer Success at ICIS, where they oversaw the expansion and professionalization of the team, improved NPS, and led initiatives to drive digital transformation.

Natalia also has experience at NICE Systems, where they held various roles such as the Director of Value Realization Services, EMEA, Customer Success Director, Director of Business Development, and Head of Insight Consulting. In these roles, they focused on improving customer satisfaction, developing strategies, and driving business growth through innovative solutions.

Natalia's earlier experience includes working at Fizzback as a Professional Services Manager, contributing to the growth and eventual acquisition of the company by NICE Systems. Natalia also had a brief stint as an Independent Consultant at Mindstorm Multitouch Ltd and worked as a Sr Associate at CMG Consulting, where they were involved in go-to-market strategies, regional marketing evaluation, opportunity analysis, and client outreach.

Throughout their career, Natalia has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, achieve targets, and drive customer success and satisfaction.

Natalia Piaggio's education history begins with their completion of a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood University, which they attended from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires between 1997 and 2001. In 2008, Natalia went on to pursue an MBA in Economics at Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires, where they studied until 2009. Later in 2009, they participated in an international exchange program at the London Business School, focusing on the field of International Exchange.

In addition to their formal education, Natalia has obtained several certifications from Qualtrics. In July 2021, they obtained the Qualtrics Platform Essentials Certification Exam. Subsequently, they earned the CoreXM Expert Certification, CustomerXM Expert Certification Exam, and EmployeeXM Expert Certification in March and February 2022, respectively.
