Tia Wucher

Tia Wucher currently serves as the Director of Customer Marketing at LaunchDarkly, and has held various leadership positions in Customer Success at the company since August 2022. In addition to this role, Tia is a Customer Success Coach with Catalyst Software, contributing as a founding member of the Catalyst Coaching Corner. Previous experience includes Director of Customer Success at Cypress.io, Senior Director of Success at Optimizely, and Senior Client Lead at GoKart Labs, where digital innovation and business growth were key focuses. Tia is an alumna of Bowling Green State University, graduating in 2000.
