Catalyst Training Group, founded by Dr. Staci Yutzie, bridges the gap between research and practice in public safety. We collaborate with public safety organizations to solve complex problems, improve outcomes, and drive positive, systemic change.

Whether you are looking to develop and implement a new program or intervention, build a new training program, or improve your current practices, our change agents are here to help.

Join us in fostering a culture where research informs practice and practical experience shapes future research, leading to better outcomes for public safety and the communities you serve.
